The technician checks it
At the visit, the appliance is opened up and tested to find the real cause.
You hear the price first
The fault is explained and the repair is quoted. Say no and you pay only the visit fee.
Repaired and tested
After your go-ahead, the part is fixed or replaced and the appliance is run to confirm it works.
Covered afterwards
Every repair has a 90-day warranty, and warranty visits cost nothing.
